Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy:

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or through authorized travel agents.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a one-night charge.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Payment:

  • Full payment is required upon check-in.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment options.

5. Guest Policy:

  • Registered guests only are allowed in the rooms.
  • Maximum occupancy per room must be adhered to as per the booking confirmation.

6. Damage and Liability:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

7. Pets:

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises unless specified in the booking.

8. Smoking Policy:

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available.

9. Privacy Policy:

  • Guest information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms:

  • Hotel Rising Sun reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be informed of any changes prior to their stay.
